IAI has brought Mr. Martijn Luth on board, as General Manager for the Dredging & Sediment Dewatering Division. Martijn brings a high level of expertise and over 20 years of experience to IAI, having managed dredging, dewatering and marine projects around the world. Most recently, Martijn served as Operations Manager, overseeing the de-sanding and dewatering process at the Green Bay OU2-5 Remedial Action, for ten years and through completion of the project.
Martijn will maintain his office at IAI’s headquarters in Rockford, Michigan. He will be responsible for overseeing the execution of dredging and dewatering projects, to ensure successful completion in accordance with project specifications, schedule and budget. Other duties will include supporting the Business Development Manager, to gain new business and develop projects, and the Human Resources Manager, to recruit new talent and develop the skills and growth of current team members.
